- 65 retail tenants, totaling approximately 530,000 sq. ft. of leased space, with on-site property management.
- 4 designated full-time employees (incl. construction and maintenance specialists) ensure an immediate response to matters as they arise.
- Management team oversaw a $6 million renovation in 2007-2008.
- Oversaw construction of a new SuperTarget and 85,000 sq. ft., including new junior anchor, shop space, and pads.
