  • 65 retail tenants, totaling approximately 530,000 sq. ft. of leased space, with on-site property management.
  • 4 designated full-time employees (incl. construction and maintenance specialists) ensure an immediate response to matters as they arise.
  • Management team oversaw a $6 million renovation in 2007-2008.
